Salesforce CRM integration

 

Context

Covage decided to implement Salesforce CRM by interfacing with the existing offer repository (B2Bill) and an external geographic repository.

 

Challenges

Covage’s information system should also be able to open securely to other information systems, particularly those of customers or suppliers..

 

Solutions provided

Enabling Salesforce CRM to work with the rest of Covage’s information system, Mulesoft’s AnyPoint solution is deployed in SAAS. It allows the upstreaming of flows from the legacy to the CRM (batch mode) and to place and track orders in it.

The orchestration of Web Services is done within the platform.

The Mulesoft platform also offers Covage’s partners the ability to integrate with Covage’s CRM through APIs. The integration platform allows the provision of APIs in a controlled and secure manner (API Manager).

We have set up a team of 3 people organized in agile mode and synchronized with the CRM project.
